This marathon offers a fast, downhill course ideal for achieving personal bests and Boston Marathon qualifications. Runners will traverse the scenic Bizz Johnson Trail, starting at Mason Station and winding through Lassen National Forest, featuring a picturesque climb and a 1,300-foot descent over the final 20 miles. Enjoy stunning views of Susan River Canyon and historic wooden railroad bridges. Choose between the traditional Saturday Half Marathon or the Sunday Express Half Marathon, showcasing the latter part of the full marathon course.
