Join us for the invigorating Be Free 5K Run/Walk and Kids 1K Fun Run at the picturesque Mulberry Rock Park in Dallas, Georgia on Saturday, April 18, 2026! Hosted by a boutique fitness studio, this event focuses on empowerment, fitness, and community spirit, aimed at helping women rediscover self-love through movement and nutrition. The 5K race at 9:00 AM is an official Peachtree qualifier, ideal for those aiming to qualify for the prestigious Atlanta Constitution Peachtree Road Race. Kids can partake in the Kids 1K Fun Run at 8:30 AM, with every child receiving a medal. Participants in the 5K will receive a custom lightweight hoodie, finisher medal, and a swag bag with goodies from local sponsors.
