Be Fast 5k Run & 1 Mile Walk

Experience a truly inspiring day at the BE FAST 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk on September 14, 2025, in downtown Toledo's picturesque Promenade Park. This event celebrates stroke survivors and their families with a scenic route along the Maumee Riverfront, across the Cherry Street Bridge, and through the captivating Glass City Metropark. Participants can opt for a competitive 5K run or a leisurely 1-mile walk, catering to all fitness levels. The event begins with a Kids Fun Run at 9:30 AM, followed by the 1 Mile Walk at 9:45 AM and the 5K Run at 10:00 AM. Register for $25 before August 30, 2025, or $35 thereafter, with complimentary entry for stroke survivors. All proceeds support the ProMedica Foundation Stroke Patient Assistance Fund. After the race, enjoy refreshments, health screenings, and a community resource fair with vendors, face painting, and exciting raffle prizes.
