6th Annual Honor And Remember Run

Join us on Saturday, August 8, 2026, in Velpen, Pike for the 6th Annual Honor and Remember Run, a heartfelt event featuring 5K and 10K Trail & Ruck Runs dedicated to honoring military veterans, their families, and those who lost their lives on 9/11 and in subsequent wars. Participants will have the unique opportunity to perform two sets of 22 honor pushups or pullups, raising awareness about veteran suicide. The event begins with check-in at 7:15 AM and races starting at 8:15 AM, followed by awards and refreshments, creating a family-friendly atmosphere. Proceeds support the Huntingburg and Jasper Police Departments in Indiana, emphasizing community safety and tribute to sacrifice.
