5K FEST
5K FEST is a unique 24-hour running event held at the scenic 18-acre Kearin Family Farm in Bonney Lake, WA, where a new 5K race starts every hour on the hour, challenging solo runners and teams to complete as many 5Ks as possible within a full day. This flexible and social race format allows participants to run at their own pace—whether tackling a single 5K, sharing the distance with teammates, or pushing personal limits to conquer all 24 runs. The course features varied terrain including pasture, rocky soil, and paved trails along the Fennel Creek Trail, creating an engaging running experience. Participants can camp onsite with tents or RVs, enjoy music, food, games, and a vibrant community atmosphere. Registration opens the night before and continues early Saturday morning, with hourly races from 8:00 AM Saturday through 8:00 AM Sunday. Each runner receives a commemorative T-shirt and a custom Flame-branded wood plank marking the number of 5Ks completed. With amenities such as porta potties, water, electrolytes, and snacks provided, 5K FEST is designed to be a fun, challenging, and memorable event for runners of all levels looking to test their endurance and make lasting memories.
