2026 Freedom Run 5k/10k
Join us on Saturday, April 25, 2026, in Statesboro, Bulloch, for the 2026 Freedom Run 5K/10K, a vibrant event hosted by Georgia Southern University's Army ROTC program. This annual fundraiser offers a choice between a competitive 10K run and a leisurely 5K run/walk/crawl suitable for all ages and skill levels. Additionally, the 5K ruck division provides a challenge for participants aged 13 and over with weighted rucksacks. The event supports educational opportunities for Cadets and honors the legacy of MSG Christopher Decker through the ROTC Scholarship. Walk-up registration is available, ensuring a memorable and family-friendly experience for all who join in the camaraderie of the Freedom Run.
