2025 Louisiana Watermelon Festival 5k
Experience the thrill of the 2025 Louisiana Watermelon Festival 5K in the picturesque town of Farmerville, Union on July 26th, 2025. This exciting event offers a challenging course starting with a speedy downhill first mile and culminating in the legendary Watermelon Mountain at mile two. Join local runners and walkers in supporting the Willpower Foundation, Inc., benefiting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Race-day registration opens at 6:30 AM at Farmerville First Baptist Church, with the race starting at 7:30 AM. Participants will receive a commemorative race t-shirt, and finishers can indulge in mouthwatering locally grown Louisiana watermelon slices at the finish line.
