2025 Joey's Wings 5k & Kids Obstacle Run

Join us for the 11th Annual Joey's Wings 5K & Kids Obstacle Run on Saturday, November 15th, 2025, at Santa Fe College in Gainesville, Alachua! This meaningful event goes beyond a race, serving as a touching mission to raise awareness and support for the 47 children and families impacted by cancer daily. By taking part in the 5K run/walk or the 1-mile kids obstacle run, you'll be contributing to crucial research and treatment advancements for pediatric cancer, all while honoring the memory of Joey, whose passion for running continues to inspire. The race commences at 8:30 AM, following registration and packet pick-up at 7:30 AM. Delight in a vibrant ambiance featuring Zumba, raffles, a bouncing house, face painting, crafts, and delectable local cuisine. Participants will receive a complimentary shirt and a unique 3D origami crane medal in Gator colors. Moreover, champions in men's and women's categories will earn an $80 coupon to local eateries, with age group winners receiving $25 vouchers.
