14th Annual Spend Yourself® 5k Run/3k Walk

Join us in Falls Church, Virginia, on November 9, 2025, for the 14th Annual Spend Yourself® 5K Run and 3K Walk, a dynamic event supporting Columbia's Spend Yourself World Hunger ministries in Falls Church and Zambia.
