14th Annual Spend Yourself® 5k Run/3k Walk
Join us in Falls Church, Virginia, on November 9, 2025, for the 14th Annual Spend Yourself® 5K Run and 3K Walk, a dynamic event supporting Columbia's Spend Yourself World Hunger ministries in Falls Church and Zambia. Run or walk for a cause and make a difference in the fight against hunger. Early registration is open from June 1 to October 1, offering fees of $35 for individuals and $130 for families, with rates increasing thereafter. Rally your loved ones to join the cause or donate to maximize your impact. Don't miss the packet pick-up on November 8 at Columbia Church. Every step you take will contribute to the essential work in Northern Virginia and Muchila, Zambia.
