Join us for the 11th Annual Chas Foundation 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk on Saturday, September 6, 2025, in Suffolk, Virginia! This charity event supports local mental health initiatives in Hampton Roads, offering a fast 5K course and a scenic 1-mile route through Harbour View. Starting at Towne Bank University, the festivities begin at 7:30 AM, with the 5K race commencing at 8:45 AM. Be one of the first 250 registrants before July 19 to receive a custom tech running shirt. After the race, enjoy coffee, donuts, and $3.10 pints at MoMac Brewery while celebrating with fellow participants. With awards for top finishers and a welcoming atmosphere for all levels, this event promises a day of fun, fitness, and community engagement.
